have the following roles & responsibilities for
the DCB and I also undertake roles at a regional /
national level for:-
I
am Chairman of the North Devon Cricket Development
Group which was set up about 4 years ago by the DCB,
to help the Cricket Development Manager to develop
cricket in the North of the county. It has proved
to be a successful forum for the local clubs and officials
to discuss cricket development in their clubs and
in the North region. It has helped to focus clubs
on what they require to develop in line with the ECB
guidelines and to promote best practice for running
a successful cricket club in our society.

creating school-club links, CRB , Welfare Officers,
