The ECB Child Protection department are currently sending out reminders to those who need to renew their CRB. They send these reminders to the address that they have on their database, which would have been the address given to them 3 years previously when the applicant submitted their original application, unless the ECB have been informed of any changes since then. If they have not been made aware of a change of address during that time, the reminders would be sent to the wrong address.
The Board have been asked to pass this information on to all clubs and individuals in order they are informed of this problem and to make them aware that changes of address need to be given to the ECB in order for thm to update the information on their database
