Over-arm throwing at Okehampton

Over 40 youngsters attended cricket camps in Plymouth, Tavistock and Okehampton over the February half term. Children took part in a wide range of games and activities thorughout the day, covering batting, bowling, throwing, catching and gameplay.

The camps, run by community coach Alex Jopling and Western Storm development player Steph Hutchins, were attended by a mixture of players looking to dust off the cobwebs for the upcoming season but also by a number who were having their first real experience of cricket.

Many thanks to all those who attended and good luck for the upcoming season!
