Devon Cricket are pleased to announce that a new online format of ECB Clubmark Accreditation is in the final stages of being released.

The Background

ECB Clubmark is an accreditation scheme for cricket clubs and is licensed from Sport England as part of their wider Clubmark scheme.

ECB Clubmark shows that a club is well run and provides the right environment for its members. Clubmark accreditation also means your club is recognised as a safe, rewarding and fulfilling place for participants of all ages, as well as assuring parents and carers that they are choosing the right option for their young people.

2016 was a transitional year for Clubmark as we prepared to move the old paper-based accreditation to a new online system, which will also include wider support and development tools for all clubs.

This new system will launch in early 2017, initially to those clubs due to re-accredit during 2017 followed by all other accredited clubs shortly afterwards. Clubs who have already expressed an interest in joining the scheme will be granted access by the end of March, with all other clubs invited to register later in the year.

How To Register / Next Steps

If your club is due for reaccreditation in 2017 (Abbotskerswell CC, Bovey Tracey CC, Dartington & Totnes CC, Exmouth CC, Hatherleigh CC, Ipplepen CC, Ivybridge CC, Ottery St Mary CC, Paignton CC, Plympton CC, Plymstock CC, Shaldon Optimists CC, and Tavistock CC) you will recieve an email over the next few weeks and also have contact from your designated Club Support Officer who will be helping you through the process.

If your club is currently not Clubmark accredited but you are interested in applying or want to register your interest, please send your club details to clubmark@ecb.co.uk. You can also access a library of resources by visiting our Be Involved section
