University of Exeter Sport are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join their team. The University have invested significantly into the sporting estate and programmes and we are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking individual to join this vibrant University. 

We are seeking an experienced cricket coach to be responsible for the development of both men's and women's cricket from participation through to excellence. Special attention will be given to the continuing development and delivery of the University's cricket high performance programme. 

This post is available from January 2018 on a full-time basis for a 3-year fixed term contract due to partnership funding through external supporters and the Devon Cricket Board.   

The post offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced coach to drive forward cricket at the University.  In particular, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality coaching service for the men's and women's clubs, developing a coordinated coaching structure and programme to support the University's representative teams and assist in the recruitment of talented cricketers via the University Sports Scholarship Programme and Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme.

You will need to demonstrate the highest standards of personal, professional and managerial attributes. Ideally you will:

 

- Hold an ECB Level 3 coaching qualification

- Have a proven track record as a coach in cricket

- Have a working knowledge of performance profiling and analysis

- Have experience in developing useful working partnerships with key external agencies
