FILLEIGH were on the receiving end of a whirlwind knock of 179 by former Devon player David Court when they visited Feniton.

Court (pictured) started out with Feniton before going to Exmouth, where he quickly became a permanent fixture in the Devon side.

A job on the coaching staff at Surrey lured Court away from Devon in 2009, although he has made the odd appearance for Feniton while down in Devon visiting the folks.

AXMINSTER Town won’t want too many days like the one endured against Clyst Hydon  last Saturday this season.

Town were so depleted they had to call off the 2nd XI game against Clyst Hydon 2nd XI as they hadn’t got enough players.
