Premier Division prospects – week four: Linnitt (pictured) in for Exeter against Plymouth | Ramadan and Witcher return for Plymouth

PREMIER DIVISION PROSPECTS – WEEK FOUR
BRADNINCH & KENTISBEARE V CORNWOOD
Bradninch & Kentisbeare (Gary Chappell): Strong availability again this week which hasn't always been the case against Cornwood in recent years. Looking to continue our momentum and improve in areas where we aren't firing at our best yet.
Cornwood (Elliott Staddon): No changes for us this week, just more application needed and going to be tested against a strong Bradninch side. Looking to get back to winning ways.
PLYMOUTH V EXETER
Plymouth (Sam Stein): Another good derby to be had this weekend against Exeter. We know they are a top side but looking forward to the challenge after a good win last weekend. It's sponsors’ day for us so will be a busy day at Mount Wise. Ollie Parsons and Surya out: Harry Ramsden and Harry Witcher in.
Exeter (Clint McCabe): Zach Vukusic drops out due to work load but creates a space for Seb Linnitt to join us to bolster our batting line up. Hoping the rain stays away and another good performance at Plymouth.
PAIGNTON V SANDFORD
Paignton (Harry Ward): Neil Hancock and Stephen George return to the side — great to have their quality and experience back in the XI. George Woodcock and Mark Gilmour are unavailable this week. The boys are looking forward to being back at QP. Sandford are a strong outfit with plenty of talent and will no doubt be looking to bounce back after last weekend. As a team, we’re focused on going out, expressing ourselves, and enjoying our cricket together.
Sandford (Jackson Thompson): Two changes for us – Harrison Jones is away and Matt Jeacock is nursing a shoulder injury. In come Tom Maidment (hard-hitting all-rounder) and a debut for Praison Alias (again an all-rounder) who has qualified as a local player for us. Paignton is always a tough place to play cricket as they play well together and have a good team and in-form. We have made some strategic changes for this week and are ready go to go and execute.
HEATHCOAT V EXMOUTH
Heathcoat (Dylan Penberthy-Hutchings): Rob Holman, Liam Lewis, Jack Dart in. Always an enjoyable game against Exmouth. We know what we need to do with both bat and ball to get off the mark for the season.
Exmouth (Fin Marks): James Horler is back in, but then another three drop out from last week. On paper we probably look short but the lads who are going to come up have done a decent job in the 2nd XI so deserve every chance. Heathcoat have looked to have a tough start against good teams. I hear the experienced lads are back for this week so should be a good game. We haven't or I certainly haven't had a game against Heathcoat without the weather interfering in two years. Hopefully all that stays away.
NORTH DEVON V SIDMOUTH
North Devon (Jack Moore): Josh Atkinson comes in for Jack Whittaker who's sitting out this week due to a busted digit. I've said it every week so far but we aren't a million miles off however we know a positive result is needed sooner rather than later.
Sidmouth (Luke Bess): A couple changes this week, I'm unavailable so Matt Matravers comes back in as he had no school cricket. Elstone takes over as captain. Will Murray is unavailable so Matt Huntley comes in after some good performances in the 2nd XI. North Devon a good place to play cricket, nice ground with a good wicket. Gutted to be missing it, but I know the guys are looking forward to it after a great result last week.
