Chance to Shine Street is coming back to Devon this winter, with the programme set to return to Plymouth initially.

Chance to Shine Street Hubs feature Tapeball Cricket sessions, which are a fast-paced version of the game played with a tennis ball wrapped in electrical tape in small enclosed spaces.

Everyone between the ages of 11 and 16 is welcome to the free weekly sessions, with no equipment needed as we will provide everything necessary to run the session.

Our Plymouth Hub starts on 21 November at Millbay Academy, with the weekly sessions set to run from 4:45-5:45pm.

The Devon Cricket Foundation's Head of Community, Alex Jopling, is delighted to see the programme return:

"It is great to be working closely with our Secondary School of the Year, Millbay Academy, to bring Chance to Shine Street back to Plymouth this winter.

"Chance to Shine Street will complement our Wicketz programmes in the city, helping us reach an even wider audience and making cricket more accessible within the community.

"We are hopeful of extending the programme to Exeter in the new year and are currently in the process of securing a venue."
