Lynn Madeley has served as a Trustee of the Devon Cricket Foundation since her appointment to the board in July 2023.

"My purpose is to fulfil the potential of people, brands and businesses, and I am looking forward to being able to do that with the Devon Cricket Foundation."

With a remarkable career that spans elite sports, global business leadership, and strategic advisory roles, Lynn brings a dynamic perspective to the board.

Lynn's journey began as a full-time athlete, competing at the highest level for over 15 years. Following her athletic career, she transitioned into marketing and communications, holding prominent roles in international business. Until 2022, she served as Chief Executive of Havas Africa, a leading communications firm listed on the CAC 40, where she led transformative initiatives across the continent.

In 2022, Lynn returned to the UK and embraced her passion for sport as the Director of Marketing and Communications for British Judo, a role she held taking them up to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. She has subsequently continued her career in communications as COO at Publicis Groupe Africa, part of the largest of the 'Big Five' advertising agency groups.

In addition to her leadership role, she serves as a strategic advisor to select businesses in Southern Africa and works as an Executive Coach, helping organisations and individuals realise their full potential.

A firm believer in the transformative power of sport, Lynn will always be found championing the dialogue around equity for women in sport. Her super strength lies in developing strategic positioning for organisations, a skill that has proven invaluable in aligning brands with their goals and audiences.
