The tour is there to provide a unique opportunity for under fifteen players from within Devon to test their skills and  their cricketing knowledge with two weeks in South Africa. The tour is in addition to the normal county age group programme, which is the main focus for the cricketers once back to the UK.  The tour isn't just to help young cricketers from the county but also help broaden the horizons of coaches and umpires who want to expand their knowledge base as well.
