PREMIER PREVIEWS – WEEK 19

EXMOUTH (5th)v BOVEY TRACEY (11th)

Exmouth (Fin Marks): Same as last week, loads of unavailabilities. Trying to make both team's as balanced as we can.

Bovey Tracey (Lewis Hammett): Having availability issues this week as we knew we would with people at weddings or playing hockey or football. It is a relief there isn't anything on the game.

SIDMOUTH (4th) v PAIGNTON (7th)

Sidmouth (Luke Bess): Lots of unavailability throughout the club. From last week no me, Isaac Thomas, Docherty or Fisher. In come Tom Simmons, who will captain, Anthony Griffiths, Miles Dalton and Jordan Fowler. Matt Cooke playing his final game as he's retiring. Last game also for Charlie Mikes also as he's moving to Chepstow.

Paignton (Mark Orchard): Tom Blundell in for Kelly Smuts, who's gone back to South Africa. My last game as skipper. It has been an absolute pleasure to see the lads develop and grow as a side, who I really believe can kick on and challenge at the top, as they're all at the right age now. If they carry on believing and working hard, they'll be a team to watch out for!

HEATHCOAT (6th) v BRADNINCH & KENTISBEARE (2nd)

Heathcoat (Liam Lewis): James Boyle is back which is a huge boost. Joe Hancock in for Dan Pugsley. Looking forward to the end of a long, and wet season. It will be my final game as captain and (probably) as a first-team player.

Bradninch & Kentisbeare (Gary Chappell): Our overseas Yuvraj Singh has gone home for his professional duties after a great season - he's been a real asset to the club on and off the pitch. We have a decent side out and are looking to finish the season well. The priority is giving the youngsters opportunities and having a more relaxed and enjoyable game after everyone has put so much into the season.

CORNWOOD (4th) v SANDFORD (champions)

Cornwood (Elliott Staddon): A lot of changes for us this week, Our Devon trio of Ben Beaumont, Max Finzel and Matt Skeemer are being rested to compete in the grand final starting on Sunday in Birmingham. We wish the team and the lads all the best to go and get a big win. Charlie Finan and Noah Carlisle also away so an opportunity for some year coming up from the 2nd XI to play a bigger role than they may have played in the team this. Nothing riding on the game for us so out for enjoyment.

Sandford (Jackson Thompson): After last week's high, one would assume that we are going to take our foot off the gas, but no can do. We are gearing-up to finish the season in a dominant fashion. It's the same team as last week. Cornwood are a tough team to beat at home, one thing I know very well! Likely, it's the last game for Dan Ward as he moves his base back home to Slough. Although, he would be welcomed at Sandford in future. Long winter ahead so a switch-off from cricket for a month or so is in order after this weekend.

NORTH DEVON (bottom) v PLYMPTON (8th)

North Devon (Tom Popham): Whittaker, Howe, Moore and King back in. Yet to fully sort whole side.

Plympton (Jonty Walliker): A few changes for the 1st XI this Saturday. Justin Wubbeling pulled his hamstring last week and myself, Ben Privett and Elliot Hamilton are all away with Devon. This allows for a much-deserved 1st XI league debut for Callum Williams. Jeremy Williams will also come back into the side this week. Jack Martin will play his second 1st XI game and will take the gloves in place of Wubbeling.
