Devon Women travel to Shropshire looking to cement their place at the top of the Metro Bank One Day Cup table on Sunday, 26 July.

Devon go into this weekend's fixture off the back of three consecutive bonus-point wins against last season's champions, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire.

Shropshire, on the other hand, have fallen to defeats in their opening three one-day matches, most recently losing narrowly to Buckinghamshire.

Lauren Rowles's Pre-Match Thoughts

"I'm really looking forward to our away trip to Shropshire this Sunday. The squad has been outstanding in recent weeks, and with some brilliant performances, big scores, and key wickets across club cricket, the group is in great shape heading into the weekend.

"Confidence is high, momentum is with us, and I’ve no doubt the girls will give everything to keep our run going and push for another strong result!"

Emma Phillipson's Pre-Match Thoughts

"I'm really looking forward to this weekend and seeing how we fare against Shropshire. We have been looking really good in the One Day Cup so far with lots of positives to take from last week.

"If we continue to be destructive and confident with the bat, and trust our skills and game plan with the ball, I don't see why we can't have another great win this Sunday."

ECB Women's County Championship - T20 Division 3

Devon Women made light work of Shropshire last time out in a season where the side went on to narrowly miss out on promotion to Division 2, finishing behind Scotland and Derbyshire in the table.

Devon's bowlers frustrated the visitors' batting lineup, limiting Shropshire to just 73 runs with Hazelle Garton posting impressive figures of 4–2–4–5. Former England duo Rosalie Fairbairn (30) and Jodie Cook (30*), who captained the side, made light work of chasing the total, with Cait O'Keefe (9) coming in to see out the chase in just 8.3 overs.
