The Maer is set to play host to Somerset County Cricket Club once again this summer, with both the Men's and Women's sides set to play in Devon this year.
Devon CCC will take on Somerset Men in a National County T20 match on Monday, 11 May. Ticket details will be released in due course.
Speaking on the fixture, Devon CCC CEO, Nigel Mountford, said:
“Devon are delighted that Somerset have agreed to play us again this year. We are looking forward to the T20 fixture at Exmouth Cricket Club on Monday, 11 May.
“We really enjoy being able to challenge ourselves against a strong Somerset XI. The match is also very useful to us as it precedes our National Counties T20 competition. Hopefully good weather will bring in another large crowd.”
Somerset Women have also confirmed they will be hosting two fixtures at The Maer:
- Somerset v The Blaze: Wednesday, 13 May
- Somerset v Warwickshire: Wednesday, 17 June
