BOVEY Tracey is back on Devon’s 50-over fixture list in 2026 for the first time in more than a decade.

Devon get their National Counties KO Trophy programme up and running on April 26 with a Bovey Tracey date against Herefordshire.

The last time Bovey Tracey hosted Devon in the one-day competition was back in 2013 when Oxfordshire defeated them by one wicket. Only keeper-batter Matt Thompson survives from that team, which was captained by Bovey’s Chris Bradley (pictured).

A significant change to the Devon fixture list is the inclusion of Blundell’s School, Tiverton for all three competitions. Blundell’s was overlooked in all formats between 1989 and 2025, when Devon returned for a two-game Twenty20 encounter with Cornwall.

Devon were so pleased with arrangements at Blundell’s they have booked three-day, one-day and 20-over matches there in 2026.

When Devon play Berkshire in early August it will be the first National Counties fixture on the ground since Oxfordshire beat the hosts by seven wickets in August 1969.
