The Devon Cricket Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and player-focused Early Engagement and Development Cricket Lead to take a leading role within our Performance Pathway.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Early Engagement Programme (EEP) and Youth Development Cricket (YDC) across both the boys’ and girls’ pathways.
Our Performance Pathway supports young players through each stage of their cricketing journey, from their first experience of pathway cricket through to County Age Group and Emerging Player Programme opportunities. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the early stages of that journey are enjoyable, inclusive, development-led and accessible, giving young players the best possible foundations from which to progress.
Working closely with the Head of Junior Pathway, you will combine high-quality coaching with programme leadership and management. You will oversee the planning and delivery of EEP and YDC, ensuring players have positive experiences and clear opportunities to develop and progress.
