The Performance Pathway is Devon Cricket's elite talent development programme. Its aim is to identify, develop and inspire high-potential young cricketers across Devon.
The Performance Pathway is designed to develop the potential of Devon's finest young cricketers with the aim of progressing to elite senior cricket.
Performance Pathway Team
Oversees player development between the ages of 10 and 18 in the Performance Pathway. The main point of contact for the Performance Pathway and player development.
Oversees the Youth Development Programme from Under 11 to Under 14 Boys, and Under 13 and Under 15 Girls. Responsible for commercial one-to-one coaching over the winter.
Undertakes all Performance Pathway administration (Early Engagement Programme, Youth Development Cricket and County Age Groups). Administers the Coach Education and Safeguarding programmes.
