Key Responsibilities
In partnership with the University of Exeter, this important new role will focus on supporting two key areas:
- Devon Performance Pathway – responsible for the whole Women and Girls' Performance Pathway in Devon, structuring and delivering on it in such a way that enables players to reach their potential.
- University of Exeter – contributing to the University of Exeter Women’s cricket programme, where the role will provide high-quality coaching to top-performing players.
The position will also be instrumental in identifying, inspiring, and nurturing talent from Devon and the University of Exeter.
