Two-time Vitality Blast-winning Somerset CCC captain, Lewis Gregory, has been awarded a testimonial year in 2026.

Club Captain and England all-rounder Lewis began his cricketing journey in the Devon Cricket Performance Pathway and represented Devon CCC before joining Somerset from their Academy in 2010. His Somerset First XI debut came against Pakistan in September of that year, and since then, he has become an integral member of the squad both on and off the field.

Lewis was awarded his Somerset County Cap in 2015 and was named Club Captain in 2024. In total, he has scored more than 7500 runs and taken 637 wickets for the County, becoming Somerset’s all-time leading wicket taker in T20 cricket.

His consistently outstanding performances for Somerset have seen him gain recognition at international level, with his 12 white-ball appearances for England seeing him score in excess of 160 runs and take six wickets.

Through his testimonial year, Lewis hopes to raise funds and awareness for Love Musgrove, The Beacon Centre and The Cricketers' Trust, with numerous events taking place throughout the year and live, sealed and silent auctions, the latter of which closes on 24 April at 10:30pm.
