Community cricket fun for everyone at Topsham SJs' annual Club Day
TOPSHAM St James Cricket Club will host its annual Club Day tomorrow (July 3) afternoon. The club, which plays at the University of Exeter Sports ground in Topsham, will host matches for all ages between 2pm and 6.30pm.
There will also be a barbecue, bar and ice creams on sale; as well as softball cricket games for children taking place.
Charlie Penn, Chair of Topsham St James CC, said:“Our annual club day is always an occasion to be looked forward to.
“We’re very grateful to all the support we get from the Topsham community – and the day is about bringing people together, showing off the fantastic facilities at the university ground and promoting the great game of cricket.
“I’m looking forward to seeing people on Sunday – and will be praying the great British weather is kind to us!”
