The second window of the ECB County Grants Fund has been extended until Friday, 12 September 2025.
This will allow clubs more time to complete their applications now that the season has drawn to a close.
Some opportunities also exist for clubs to apply in this period with projects that could be delivered relatively quickly without the need for time-consuming planning applications.

Applying for the ECB County Grants Fund
Applications will be via the ECB IMS system and the full application process is explained in the 2025 County Grant Application Guide. These notes include details of the application process stages, levels of funding available and the eligibility criteria. The flow chart in Sect 14 is a helpful guide.
We cannot commence any detailed consideration of an application until it has been formally submitted through the ECB Investment Management System (IMS) portal, so clubs are reminded to ensure they are registered on IMS and in a position to start their County Grant application.
