Devon Cricket Foundation Professional Staff
The lead professional responsible for the management of overall operations and resources of the Devon Cricket Foundation. The main point of communication between the professional staff, board of directors and our major stakeholders - ECB, Chance to Shine, Lord's Taverners.
Provides strategic leadership and support the CEO in delivering the organisation's vision. Manages and develops cricket programmes for schools, communities and clubs, develops funding opportunities and contributes to financial planning, and oversees the smooth running of competitions, leagues, and club cricket initiatives.
Leads on developing and delivering the Foundation's sustainable corporate fundraising strategy to generate income, and secure new partners and sponsors.
Responsible for supporting all clubs in Devon with facility-related enquiries. Manages the ECB County Grant Fund for Devon. Works with local authorities and developers to support the development of new projects and leverage support for existing facilities.
Responsible for the internal and external communications strategy of the Foundation, writing and disseminating publicity materials, responding to enquiries from the public and media, developing the Foundation's commercial offering and coordinating promotional events.
Leads the Wicketz and MCC Foundation Hub programmes across the county, overseeing the development of all community initiatives to ensure cricket is accessible to everyone in Devon. Line manages and supports our Community Cricket Coaches.
Responsible for School SEND delivery across the county as well as Devon's Super 1s programme. Acts as the main contact for those with disabilities wishing to be involved in the sport and for those wishing to develop inclusive opportunities within their communities.
Provides general support to cricket clubs in North and East Devon, working on All Stars and Dynamos programmes, volunteer support, club development planning, safeguarding advice and governance support.
Provides general support to cricket clubs in South and West Devon, working on All Stars and Dynamos programmes, volunteer support, club development planning, safeguarding advice and governance support.
The main point of contact for women and girls wanting to engage with cricket.
Responsible for the organisation and running of the Devon Youth Cricket League, junior cup competitions, and hardball and softball school competitions.
Oversees player development between the ages of 10 and 18 in the Performance Pathway. The main point of contact for the Performance Pathway and player development.
Oversees the Youth Development Programme from Under 11 to Under 14 Boys, and Under 13 and Under 15 Girls. Responsible for commercial one-to-one coaching over the winter.

Undertakes all Performance Pathway administration (Youth Development Cricket, County Age Groups and Emerging Player Programme). Administers the Coach Education and Safeguarding programmes.
Responsible for schools delivery of Chance to Shine and promotion of ECB All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across North Devon. Works with clubs in the area to develop junior cricket opportunities, coach development as well as other ECB club programmes.
Responsible for schools delivery of Chance to Shine and promotion of ECB All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across West Devon. Works with clubs in the area to develop junior cricket opportunities, coach development as well as other ECB club programmes.
Responsible for schools delivery of Chance to Shine and promotion of ECB All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across East Devon. Works with clubs in the area to develop junior cricket opportunities, coach development as well as other ECB club programmes.
Responsible for schools delivery of Chance to Shine and promotion of ECB All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across South Devon. Works with clubs in the area to develop junior cricket opportunities, coach development as well as other ECB club programmes.

Provides administrative support and is responsible for keeping financial records for the Foundation.
Part-Time | One day a week
Communicates with Devon Cricket on all safeguarding issues and offers advice to anyone within cricket who needs it. Provides training for all Safeguarding Officers in Devon.
Supports five counties across the region in their ambitions to become more inclusive and address discrimination in the recreational game. Her role is part-time, with the rest of her working week spent supporting Somerset CCC on safeguarding and EDI.
